To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近唔知點解好鐘意食咖哩牛腩飯,見到名廚的下午茶餐都有咖哩牛腩飯 ( $28/ $29),一於點一客試下。等左差唔多6分鐘就有啦。佢的咖哩牛腩係同飯分開的。一開似見到咁多汁以為得幾粒牛腩仔,不過食落都有5-6 粒牛腩,仲有啲薯仔做配菜,都幾足料。牛腩幾腍,咬落去有汁,亦都幾有牛味。啲咖哩比較鹹,有小小辣粉的味道,不過唔夠咖哩的香味。個人比較喜歡有耶香味的咖哩,如果加小小耶汁去咖哩到就好啦;)華田好似沖得有啲淡。服務正常。

牛腩幾腍,咬落去有汁,亦都幾有牛味。

啲咖哩比較鹹,有小小辣粉的味道,不過唔夠咖哩的香味。個人比較喜歡有耶香味的咖哩,如果加小小耶汁去咖哩到就好啦;)

華田好似沖得有啲淡。
