To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假 又同一家三口去飲茶, 不如一想 就去南海一号 , 今天第一日第三波 , 每圍坐枱又有限制, 剛好今天下層又有结婚宴會, 好彩上層第一輪早冇咁多人, 所以容易有位 , 先可以再試到美味任食点心小菜, 估不到隔了兩個月後再次食常試, 仍然 点心 及 小菜 非常好味, 只係星洲炒米有少許乾 不太好味 , 話梅石榴👍, 燒賣蝦餃仍然出熱辣辣和好味, 蝦仁炒蛋今次第一次食, 蝦仁原隻大大粒炒蛋非常滑, 辣子雞以為好多辣椒炒 其實完全可以容易入到口 正 , 各類小菜沒有分別同第一次食一樣原味 及 最重要主菜是 茶, 茶是自己調製出嚟 名叫南海茶, 今日星期六我就食了每位250己全包 我地離開坐位是見到第二輪已開始爆滿 , 所以如果想食第二輪下午1點後 記得一定要book位如果唔係就未必有位 , 再望住無敵大海景超靚感覺
