To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完旅行之後當然要約朋友交收手信啦,好耐冇食打邊爐,我就提議去旺角食任食打邊爐。任食邊爐湯底有兩款選擇,我地揀咗招牌既濃厚花膠雞湯鍋。上面冇寫價錢既配料都係免費任食架,好多選擇!個鍋入面有勁多大大舊既花膠,仲有好嫩滑既雞件,除左花膠同雞件外,仲有好多其他配料,令到湯底好濃郁。之後可以自己調配醬料。火鍋跟了一大盤海鮮,入面有蠔、蝦、蝦滑、魚片同蜆,全部都好新鮮。食完海鮮,就到食肉時間,我地點左好多牛肉同豬肉,肉味濃郁又新鮮。呢一餐真係食得好滿足啊,最後仲有甜品送。
