To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南记粉面可以说是很有名的连锁面店了,我身边很多香港本地的朋友都跟喜欢这一家。所以就算大中午高温预警,我们也经常会顶着大太阳走十几分钟去吃午饭。最爱之肥牛米线—番茄汤底🍅🍅我个人是番茄的死忠粉,所以无论吃什么面,可以转番茄底的一定会转南记的番茄汤底会比较稀,多油,所以我一般不会纯喝汁水肥牛米线的料特别足,肥牛量很多,每一块都很完整也很大块,肥瘦均匀,质量很好。米线很劲道,不会觉得太软或者易断,也不会因为吃的慢变坨同时也推荐小窝米线,小窝春卷,是南记的招牌之一。关于环境: 如果时间充裕,不推荐工作日午餐时间(13:00-13:30)去,因为周边的上班族很多人,店里人会爆棚,稍微早点或迟点最佳
