又食日本野啦,真開心呀,朋友帶我黎呢間居酒屋食野,裝潢睇落都高級,最正係有日本feel,坐落好舒服。我地散叫左好多野食。前菜:秋葵三文魚子師傅話唔使落其他嘢,因為已經落咗調味。我中意食秋葵,三文魚子就一般,因為怕腥,但呢度既三文魚子完全冇腥味,加埋秋葵同d調味好有口感,值得再食。鬼爪螺佢個名好有趣,朋友食過話好食的,我就第一次食。呢種係貝類黎,食落有少少蟹味,幾特別。係熟食黎,不過食既時候就係凍食。右口魚左口魚就食得多,右口就第一次食,因為佢係當造既季節魚,所以叫黎食下,點酸汁食會令魚的鮮味有所提升,不錯!壽司拼盤由小卷開始食起,本身以為小卷入面的三文魚好小舊,又冇諗過幾厚架wo,有驚喜呀!另外佢既海膽、拖羅、池魚等等都鮮甜美味。我中意佢既擺盤,靚靚!!喜知次(魚)我見到好多人都點左呢條魚黎食,所以都試下。店員話呢條魚係bb魚,所以肉質比較嫩同甜,如果想有多d調味就可以點d汁食。 雜錦天婦羅🍤啲蘿蔔蓉係醬汁度可以減少個油膩感,想講粟米好甜,要食多兩舊呀!其他都幾出色!招牌魚湯廚師推介系統,每日新鮮煲,用唔同既魚,但咩魚就唔會公開啦。奶白色的湯充滿魚香味,鮮甜的魚香味係口裡洋溢著,好快就
