To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「彩福皇宴」這家中菜廳以平價但高質素作招徠,加上華麗的婚宴場地裝修,非常划算值得一試。掛爐燒鵝皇(半隻)賣相吸引用心,㕑司用鵝頭、鵝身和鵝脾等砌成原隻鵝形上碟。鵝皮燒至脆口,味道亦很有層次,有燒烤的味道,甜甜的醬汁,卻沒有遮蓋鵝肉原本的味道。客家風味燜豬肉這道客家菜用石頭窩盛載。上台時不但氣勢十足,香氣撲鼻,而且十分保温。豬肉燜得夠淋,脂肪和肉呈黃金比例,香口鬆軟,一值得一試。乳香藕片炒鮮魷南乳味濃,藕片切得夠薄,所以十分爽口。另外還有荷蘭豆和紅椒作伴菜,視覺上不錯。美中不足的是鮮魷未夠入味和有點咬不開。
