To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 素食餐廳係香港越開越多，但品質每況愈下，幸好尖沙咀呢間每次都無令我失望，菜單不時更新，完全感受到廚師對煮素菜嘅熱誠！前菜有芒果牛油果手卷，大大片嘅新鮮芒果同牛油果，再配上啖啖嘅芽菜，食落好fresh又開胃。跟住係黑松露淮山忌廉濃湯，湯嘅濃度煮得啱啱好，creamy得黎又唔會油膩，而且每一啖都散發出黑松露香氣，證明廚師俾足料，用心製作。主菜有沙嗲串燒，沙嗲汁調得非常好，唔會太辣亦唔會太甜。每串唔同嘅菇各有獨特口感，配合得天衣無縫，最後加上新鮮車里茄畫龍點睛，簡直就係完美！接著就係我每次都會食嘅松露芝士焗大啡菇，呢度菜絕對係其中一道招牌菜，焗完金黃色嘅芝士配上黑松露，成功帶出大啡菇嘅鮮味，表層嘅芝士更成功鎖住菇嘅水分，呢道菜充滿層次感，令人一試難忘！合桃菠菜意大利飯亦非常好食，粒粒分明嘅合桃再配上醬汁調味一流嘅菠菜意大利飯，令我食到停唔到口。最後嘅甜品紫薯香芋芝士蛋糕不但賣相吸引，食落更係濃濃嘅紫薯同香芋味，又唔會太甜，再加上芝士蛋糕質感做得好，搞到我差d要再點！我強烈推薦大家去試下呢間餐廳，話唔定會令你愛上素菜！
