To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年係元朗廣場對開係openrice都幾好評終於揾到機會去試平日一點左右去到 有十幾人排緊隊 等左十五分鐘左右就到我叫做油麵 豬腸 牛肚 豬紅 辣汁 盛惠廿八 (仲會搭條菜俾你)拎左麵就過隔離鋪位坐底食 好多位唔怕無位豬腸無臭味 洗得極乾淨牛肚極稔 極入味豬紅就相對失色成碗麵重點是辣汁 好惹汁 岩晒我呢d嗜辣既人 一開始我都太輕敵 食到流鼻水車仔麵之前我試過比較好食既係旺角明記佢既豬紅勝呢度一籌但永年就大碗好多 坐得舒服好多絕對有下次呀'!
