這「香香宮煮」位於尖沙咀金輝大廈,雖地址是加拿芬道,但入口其實在金馬倫道。這是一家宮廷式設計的主題火鍋店。此龍椅置於門口位置,進門時確實有點小驚喜。另外,在卡座的一端也存有另一大特色,頂以淺灰色的仿磚瓦裝屋頂,掛住「延禧宮」、「永和宮」、「坤寧宮」等等的牌坊,相當有意思。連點餐紙也很有玩味的感覺,以粉紅絲帶繫著懿旨(點餐紙),還有種「拆禮物」的感覺。餐廳的食物種類也蠻豐富,部份較少見的有牛胸尖、牛面肉、花雕牛肉及黃金響鈴等等,值得一試。特色卜卜蜆煲 ($198) : 上檯時煙霧瀰漫,十分有霸氣。內有大量新鮮的卜卜蜆,數量多達三十隻以上,味道還十分鮮甜。新鮮蟶子 ($98): 一客六隻,非常新鮮,味道甜美,肉質肥美滑嫩,而且無沙。酒香陳年花雕浸牛肉 ($118): 以陳年花雕浸牛肉,酒香突出,即時灼後也沒有揮散,牛味亦夠香濃。手切新鮮牛胸尖 ($118): 幾乎是全白色的牛胸尖,屬坊間較少見的,輕灼十數秒即可享用。經灼後變得有點像「脂肪」,但牛胸尖富油香但不會太膩,爽滑而有彈性。手打新鮮牛丸 ($98/8粒): 手打丸蠻高質,肉味濃郁,質感爽滑彈牙,而且肉汁蠻豐富。蟹黃餃 ($98/6粒
