冬天福音！尖沙咀又多一間主題火鍋尖沙咀本來已經火鍋林立，但今次新開呢間依然非常有新鮮感！打卡一流！懷舊香港風，所有擺設都唔馬虎架，連裝湯嘅高壺都係懷舊格仔紋！！一大班人黎又唔怕喎，起碼有兩個大房可供booking，入面裝修都正到爆，舊式港產片feel！！！好，講完打卡位，輪到講下食物。今晚適逢落雨，點咗個秋冬限定鍋底：火焰黃酒藥膳醉鷄鍋。呢個湯底唔hea架，酒味好出之餘，湯底味道好夠，食得出湯底有好多料，令到鷄肉好入味，鷄件分量亦足夠2人份量。🔸 手切本地牛肉(小)每塊牛切得好均勻，無筋肉味濃，雖然係細但係份量都唔算少🔸牛骨濃汁牛丸呢個牛丸好正！做到流心效果同時真係食到同牛丸唔同味道嘅濃汁🔸棉花魚肚好大一塊！吸湯效果一流！夠厚身！想要一次滿足兩個條件，必點呢個！🔸即炸響鈴響鈴最緊要係脆！呢個響鈴脆得黎夠鬆化，同棉花魚肚比，各有特色，呢個響鈴索完湯汁後完全無散開，又唔會太淋！🔸爽脆豬天梯鐘意爽口野嘅朋友唔好放過！好新鮮，好爽口，好大件！比豬軟骨更有口感🔸自家製陳年鹹檸七鹹檸檬好大粒，好入味，飲咗兩罐七喜都仲有味！
