約了新界北嘅朋友,所以就揀咗喺大埔到食,而為咗方便泊車,就同朋友提議去小白鷺。當然朋友緊你係唔會Say no啦。一到達,朋友就話我無揀錯地方,單單係餐廳嘅環境已經令到佢好Relax嘅感覺,仲話胃口都大增埋。之前一早訂咗位就唔使等,職員仲安排咗個靚位比我哋。睇完餐牌就揀咗三個點心、一個麵同甜品,包括:-流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣-黑松露野菌餃-鮑魚珍菌千層酥-安格斯乾炒牛河-楊枝甘露流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣,平時食流心蛋都食得多,第一次食流心鵪鶉蛋,隻鵪鶉蛋咁細隻要整流心,然後仲要蒸,真係都好考功夫,計時間亦都要計得好準,最緊要係好好味,而且職員亦都好細心會提醒小心熱。黑松露野菌餃,外表嘅顏色好特別,而餡料亦好香黑松路味道,啱晒我哋口味。鮑魚珍菌千層酥,鮑魚好入味亦夠淋,而底下嘅千層酥超鬆軟,好味!安格斯乾炒牛河嘅牛肉夠嫩滑。楊枝甘露勝在唔會太甜,仲有好多芒果粒。美食+靚景,真係令人好放鬆。
