跟友人慶祝生日,大家二話不說,就即刻唸起食廚師發板。由於生日嗰位在上環工作,所以我哋就搵附近歺廳。見到此間新開不久,看來環境不錯,座落於酒店內,一於去試下。點知無論係食物,服務質素、廚師的功架,樣樣都有想不到的驚喜。首先是侍應及應該是經理,服務非常貼心。冇諗過會有如此享受。我哋三人選了$1680 omakase ,每一道菜師傅或職員都會介紹。刺身同壽司超級新鮮,特別係個北海道帶子”三文治”,件帶子好大隻最感動就是甜品,師傅準備自家製的日式半熟芝士蛋糕🍰給我們,還有益力多味雪糕(掛住食,忘記影相😅)由於太回味,我哋已經約定下個月閨蜜聚會再黎過。師傅仲話下個月黎,有秋天時令食材。
