好多人都聽過老撾呢個名字,就知道佢係一個東南亞國家,但對佢嘅認識少得可憐。今日黎到呢間食老撾菜嘅餐廳,可以揭開神秘嘅面紗。施心畢係一個老撾姓氏,創辦人更係老撾皇室親信的後裔,而且仲上過美女廚房做嘉賓評判。老撾同泰國菜越南菜相似,但著重食物本身嘅味道,用嘅香料比較少。叫了一份豬頸肉沙律,魚餅,白咖哩豬頸肉見求,仲有是啦差牛油雞翼。豬頸肉沙律只有蔬菜同一個魚露汁,很簡單很清新,其實食沙律就係為了健康,唔需要咁多既調味,只要食材新鮮,一個簡單的魚露汁已經帶出食物本身既甜味。呢度既豬頸肉唔同一般碳燒的切得薄薄,而係厚切,所以口感特別豐富。白咖哩豬頸肉見求,見求唔係求你見下我,其實係飯既意思。白咖哩好特別,比沙嗲王既白咖哩多了一些香料的味道,呢個味道係薄荷?係九層塔?不知道,反正就係好味。裝載住咖哩的碟,係用竹交織織成的,可以滴水不漏,非常神奇。小食的魚餅同是拉差牛油雞翼少少辣,好惹味。魚餅好彈牙,雞翼係單骨,炸得外脆內軟,加上是拉差的味道,正!
