媽咪生日諗住食返餐好嘅，所以決定去帝苑酒店雅苑座食個dinner buffet 啦。一去到就有員工好快咁帶左我地入座，一坐低就發覺四周環境空曠又優雅，令感覺舒服。 buffet未開始已經走左一轉，見到食物款式都好齊全：之後，一開波我就食左個沙律同飲左忌廉湯，啲沙律好新鮮，忌廉湯好足料，令人飲完想再飲而每一份嘅翡翠蠔皇鮑魚好入味，相信用左好多時間煮：另外，熱食嘅冬蔭雞煲同新加坡黑胡椒炒蟹都好野味，少少辣，唔係太食得辣嘅人都可以入囗。而我最鐘意個五柳崧孑石斑，酸酸甜甜咁，食完好開胃，肉質又鮮嫩。還有，燒味檔嘅叉豉、油雞同乳豬都唔錯：個人覺得雅苑座嘅甜品最好味，款式多，又樣樣都好好味，Tiramisu係我最心儀嘅甜品，跟住又有即制嘅原味or斑斕味pancake，Haagen Dazs 雪糕真係好正：仲有其甜品例如：blueberry cheesecake, macaroon,冰皮朱古力卷都幾好食，今期buffet 主題都唔錯所以幾recommend 大家試下！
