To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為是在2023年最後一個星期五,我和好朋友約定在Delifrance享用輕食午餐。一提到Delifrance這個名字,人們就會認為他們的牛角包🥐Croissant非常酥脆好食,他們于1983年在新加坡成立,母公司在法國巴黎,以輕食為主,係好多人讀書時期喜歡😘光顧輕食名店,而現在的Delifrance所提供的餐單比以前更多元化的款式選擇。由於我朋友未到,服務員見到我等了一段時間,於是很有禮貌地給了我兩份菜單,一份以「輕食麵包」為主綠色menu,另一份以「意粉🍝」為主籃色menu,這個「main course 主菜」還包括一杯飲料,如選擇凍飲需要額外支付5元。如果再想➕Top up ,可以額外支付費用。分別$12、$16、$29,然而,兩份菜單的額外選擇的side dishes 係不同的。我選擇了一個價值$29的甜點「雙球雪糕特濃咖啡配法式蝴蝶酥」,而我的朋友則選擇$12的「粟米湯」作為額外配菜。我真心覺得他們的「焗芝士汁雞肉🍗鮮菠菜合桃螺絲粉」非常有驚喜,這是他們新推出的菜式,這道菜由一個煎鍋🍳承載著意粉、雞肉、合桃和新鮮的菠菜,口感非常出色,因為有合桃的香脆和菠菜的清爽,再加上螺絲粉

而我的朋友則選擇了「煙三文魚碎蛋配法國🇫🇷百吉包」,這是一道非常美味的輕食。此外,我特別喜歡那個「🍨雪糕特濃咖啡蝴蝶酥」,它的外觀非常漂亮,就像一個🫶🏻心形雪糕🍨☕️放在咖啡上面。總括來說,整體感覺非常好,服務員也非常有禮貌。我相信我會再次光顧這家店的。記得等我去🫶🏻🫶🏻
