今次去食左一直好想試既火鍋店,幾年前金剛小儀推介做節目推介過,當時已想試,但一直都拖到而家,我地兩個人叫左佢地招牌既花膠雞湯底(2人份)!金湯底入邊有半隻雞同埋有5-6塊 Size唔細既花膠!我地先食雞食花膠飲湯,雞是有先預先醃過所以有少少咸雞味但唔會好咸,花膠係幾厚實既雪魚膠,湯頭無味精,好有住家味既花膠雞湯,總之就係好飲!花膠雞湯底(半隻雞)$308兩個人打邊爐,真係比較難叫餸,我地盡量每類叫少少試下。叫左手切頂級安格斯牛肉$268;鵝腸 $98,牛骨汁濃湯牛丸$48(4粒);帶子鮮肉餃$60(4粒);紫薯麵$25;桂花蚌$158;響鈴$48,唐生菜$38。最令我驚喜既係牛丸,多汁又彈牙! 好多嘢食,下次一定叫一大班人嚟試!臨走前念念不忘,睇一睇個招牌,重發現餐廳都拎過唔少獎!

兩個人打邊爐,真係比較難叫餸,我地盡量每類叫少少試下。
