好耐之前同朋友嚟食過一次,覺得環境同食物嘅味道都唔錯,今日終於有機會同友人再訪, 重溫舊味~燒雞泡魚乾雞泡魚干燒至色澤金黃,表面微焦且比較厚身,食起上黎甚有嚼感,而味道帶點甜,細嚼下仲帶點魚鮮!而雞泡魚乾嘅口感,配合埋沙律醬一齊食真係份外滋味!😚姿燒日本魷魚筒原條魷魚筒比我手掌仲要大,魷魚用日式醬汁燒焦香,口感濕潤滑口同彈牙,而且連魷魚尾與鬚都燒得香脆惹味兼咬口,相當考功夫!燒大蔥雞串 雞肉肉質嫩滑,而且燒得微脆帶焦香,大蔥鮮甜多汁,而且經過醬燒嘅大蔥唔單止無左辛辣感,而且仲甜甜的超好食! 味噌燒蠔串燒蠔都幾大大粒,食落啖啖肉!味噌帶點鹹香,卻唔會蓋過蠔嘅鮮味,蠔味濃郁讓人一口接一口的停不了~

姿燒日本魷魚筒
原條魷魚筒比我手掌仲要大,魷魚用日式醬汁燒焦香,口感濕潤滑口同彈牙,而且連魷魚尾與鬚都燒得香脆惹味兼咬口,相當考功夫!
