To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前在「小魚兒」食過烤魚,家人都食得非常滋味,今次家人想食麻辣雞煲▶️極品鮑魚雞煲(半隻)$278雞煲一上枱已經香氣四溢,打開煲蓋即聽到悅耳的滋滋聲,更是令人口水真流,洋蔥、芫荽非常足料惹味,醬汁調得很不錯,我們選了小麻辣級別,味道好濃郁好香,四隻鮑魚飽滿彈牙,掛上麻辣汁仍鮮味依然,主角雞件亦相當足料,粗略估計都有二十多件,雞肉啖啖肉新鮮嫩滑,入口很有嚼勁且非常夠味,掛滿香濃麻辣汁,愈食愈濨味▶️蒜茸燒生蠔 (3隻) $78即叫即燒,生蠔新鮮多汁,面層鋪滿蒜茸,充滿蒜香和生蠔鮮味,超級惹味,值得一試!▶️燒牛油栗米 $38有驚喜,粒粒栗米都充滿牛油香,面層還鋪滿蒜茸,我一個人吃了三件▶️手撕包菜 $78椰菜鮮甜爽脆,調味有麻油味香,好開胃💸每人平均消費 $250
