
男友勁喜歡食拉麵,受佢影響下、自己都越黎越有興趣食,尤其是係對新開的拉麵專門店食有好奇心去試吓。特別是一碗近百元既拉麵時,就更加講究 。昨晚我哋去咗呢間(巨二麵堂)試吓啦。電台節目蘇X峰介紹佢哋招牌麵係叉燒鹽味拉麵,牛舌拉麵、 我哋咪order 黎試吓啦!
但一試第一淡就知出曬事,無味既!試真d碗拉麵質素、失敗之處為每碗拉麵既湯底,另賣相只係一般,湯底質感油膩,鹽水味湯底好淡完全冇正宗日本拉麵湯的水準。
麵質猶如漿糊般,難以令食客樂於吞嚥,近百蚊一碗也未免太貴了 !湯質過份油膩,只喝下兩口便已漿住個口,連同拉麵食更覺杰達達,所以食完啲拉麵都唔想再飲埋啲湯!講到餃子,皮厚而且很油,味道同入口的味道是難食的,:(
湯料中o既叉燒片和牛舌又厚又嚡又乾,超唔掂! 今次真係中曬伏。

仲要話係佢哋既招牌菜,我哋食咁多間日本人煮既拉麵,呢間可以算係好差吓呢!唯一ok既係地方算企理!
