To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間bookmark左好耐,終於都可以食到了環境好舒服宮崎縣芒果+Parma Ham少有地用芒果🥭配parma ham, 但呢個芒果甜度十足同塊ham超match鱈魚乾+青瓜+wasabi蛋黃醬塊鱈魚乾夠哂脆,一啖咬落去係好乾脆,青瓜又夠脆好味道食完前菜就食刺身喇右口魚,師傅俾埋塊鹽板,上面撒左啲青檸汁及柚子皮,輕輕將右口魚鋪係鹽板上,然後包住蔥食,口感比較實淨,食得出其新鮮的味道赤貝師傅上碟前會先為赤貝拍打,主要係令口感更爽口呢個係我最鐘意食的太都魚經過火炙,將魚既油份迫左出黎特別香啲肉質比較軟滑池魚紫菜卷見住師傅用紫菜包住池魚、紫蘇葉、薑蓉、蔥卷,感覺好完整魚味比較濃,所以要加啲薑蓉、紫蘇葉一齊食銀鱈魚刺身口感超柔軟順滑,富有油香火炙銀鱈魚火炙過後,口感截然不同,我個人比較鍾意食呢個中拖羅呢個拖羅好正,完全無根架肉質夠哂滑拖羅腦天超多油份,口感比較軟腍,有入口即溶既感覺Kabosu 青檸與柚子混種啫喱味道好清新,清一清口腔再繼續食其他野鹽燒香魚深海池魚壽司深海池魚肉質口感比較實在牡丹蝦壽司超鍾意食牡丹蝦爽口又有少少黏身就最正小肌壽司魚味比較濃,所以要加上薑茸一齊食馬糞海膽壽司超級滑
