港人最愛港式燒味,識食一定喺西營盤街頭巷尾搵正宗燒臘店。今日嚟到西營盤,街坊推薦下黎到不是排隊店,不是米芝蓮店的平民小店街坊飯堂「鳴人燒臘飯店」,斬料加餸。阿姨態度十分好,好有禮貌!會主動推介今日靚燒味,豉油雞、乳豬、燒肉、燒鵝、排骨、叉燒咩都有。燒鴨搭配梅子醬,外皮酥脆,鴨皮變得金黃酥脆,帶有焦香,鴨肉多汁,口感細膩,尤其是腿部和大腿部醃制和烤制過程中,香料和調味料(如五香粉、八角、桂皮等)滲透到鴨肉中,散髮出複雜香氣。鴨肉油脂較多,帶有輕微的煙薰味,尤其是用果木烤香氣撲鼻,甜咸適中。豉油雞:豉油雞的味道以醬油的咸鮮為主,加入冰糖或砂糖,平衡醬油的咸味,形成甜咸交織的口感。吸收了醬汁,口感鮮嫩多汁,醬香濃郁,肉質嫩滑。乳豬:金黃酥脆,帶有焦香,乳豬肉質細嫩,脂肪分布均勻,口感多汁且不油膩。脂肪較多,烤制後油脂融化,增添香氣和滑潤口感。總結:整體燒味平靚正 口感味道不錯價錢實惠
