喜愛泰式菜,今日來到九龍城食,不用揀,自然就是食泰式菜了。今日揀了一間在同一街道都有3間的寶泰國菜館。餐廳裝修充滿了泰國色彩之餘,也有時尚氣息。椰青$32先要了2個椰青,清甜又好飲。泰式生菜包沙律$60泰式生菜包沙律,要了牛肉,裏面有青豆、香葉、洋蔥及蒜粒,炒得很香很入味,用生菜包著食,有口感又好味,有別於中國菜式,這就是泰式菜的特別之處。鹽燒烏頭魚$170鹽燒烏頭魚,每次食泰式菜,都很喜愛燒鰂魚或鹽燒烏頭魚,今日就要了鹽燒烏頭魚,因燒需時,所以就先點了。鹽燒烏頭魚外面燒得有少少焦及鹽燒的痕跡,非常吸引,魚肚𥚃有調味料及放了很多的香茅,最喜愛就是點上跟配的泰式帶辣的酸酸甜甜醬汁,很是惹味。馬拉盞炒通菜$55馬拉盞炒通菜,炒得夠鑊氣又入味。
