今日午餐鹿兒島蕯摩和牛燒肉二人前先來沙律、刺身及極上牛肉濃湯,一般日本的湯比較清,所以這款湯接近韓式做法,比較濃味,亦用了蒽蒜,牛骨湯的濃及蔬菜自然的味發揮及混合得好好。有幾件牛展肉,炇得比較淋,連湯飲效果更好,可惜上得早,與刺身同時出,如果留待燒肉後先出,會有助減肉膩。蕯摩和牛非常好,又香又滑,最喜歡上等牛肋肉,一燒啱啱好,因為牛肉薄及油分均勻,所以一落火就搶火,啲油份平均滲透,不會一邊火多一邊少,油脂燒香,香味平均分佈整塊和牛片,而且只燒一面就夠,本身已經滑,再加上沾蛋,蛋滑、油滑加蛋香、油香,味蕾被激發,一下子爆發。
