Restaurant: Fulum Fishman's Wharf Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚的開年飯,來到紅磡的富臨海鮮酒家食。時間尚早,所以餐廳不是很多人。沙巴蘇鼠約一斤$288沙巴蘇鼠,原來就是沙巴龍躉,相對來説,價錢就稍貴了點,雖然感覺好像細條了一點,但肉質都好嫩滑。果皮蒸大連鮑魚6隻$138大連鮑魚很爽口,以新年的價格,六隻算抵食了。蔥油走地雞一隻$108蔥油走地雞,有蔥的香味,夠入味,味道不錯。蒜蓉炒油麥菜$78油麥菜炒得很爽口,不會很油膩。
