To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上到大家樂鐵板餐，人客好多。見到好多人食鐵板餐，應該好賣得啦。搵位都搵左好耐，建議下次早點吃dinner 呢。什扒鐵板餐+薯條+so皮海鮮白湯：一落醬汁就炸炸聲，多煙到上天花板，鐵板熱度令人滿意。相比大快活的什扒膠板，無黎聲氣，令人失望。什扒有豬扒和雞扒，份量較小。而司華力腸大大條，好好食，熱哄哄。薯條好味，比起美心快餐的炸番薯乾好得多了。而so皮海鮮白湯的so皮脆身可口，海鮮白湯也入味，還有小小翅作伴，賣相也很好。+$6雪糕木康布丁：有一個完整的雲呢拿雪糕球。是棷汁布丁味道，香滑棷汁而甜度適中，不會令人感到很騮﹗
