To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前經過幾次，每次都被長人龍嚇親而不敢排隊，今次朋友特別帶我來，原來人龍雖長，但好快散去，因為客人都食得快散得快，排隊點食物再付款，之後自行去取食物及自己搵位，其實等左一陣就有位。【車仔麵3餸一麵】$36我揀左豬紅、蘿蔔、牛肚、幼麵微辣。朋友也是一樣，但加多了牛筋。湯底味道濃郁而且好清不膩，但食完全日都口乾。豬紅值得讚下，滑溜味濃有口感，絕無異咪。反而蘿蔔唔夠入味，係幾清甜無渣。牛肚份量多煮得夠軟腍易咬，也夠入味。加左微辣剛剛好，少少刺激又帶起個湯底味。【抹茶紅豆冰】跟麵+$15，幾抵飲，大杯夠凍，抹茶味突出，有1/3杯大粒香甜紅豆，拌勻飲味道超正， 不會太甜， 兩者味道平衡。我諗奶茶紅豆冰應該都吸引。排左15分鐘就有得叫野食都幾快，價錢合理。

湯底味道濃郁而且好清不膩，但食完全日都口乾。豬紅值得讚下，滑溜味濃有口感，絕無異咪。反而蘿蔔唔夠入味，係幾清甜無渣。牛肚份量多煮得夠軟腍易咬，也夠入味。加左微辣剛剛好，少少刺激又帶起個湯底味。
