聞說這間泰式餐廳於尖沙咀稍有名氣,是晚來到要等位,全場爆滿,坐無虛席。餐廳有超大露台,對望九龍公園大樹,加配昏暗燈光,别有一番私密感。入座後很快就點餐:新派美味老虎蝦肥美又大隻約足有大半前臂長度,蝦殼經過煎和燒烤後后,虾膏甘香惹味,肉質結實飽滿啖啖肉鮮甜,醬汁甜中微帶咖哩味。咖哩南瓜盅(海鮮)採用原個南瓜開封隔水蒸,視覺效果好好。內有材料多樣海鮮,有青口、魷魚、鮮蝦、薯仔、洋蔥等,咖哩醬汁口混合忌廉煮得入味,搭配南瓜肉來食很合襯。泰式辣椒膏炒蜆風味十足的泰式菜是我至愛菜式之一,辣中帶甜,開胃佐酒釀流。每隻新鮮甜飽滿的蜆掛滿辣椒膏,加上九層塔炒煮,惹味香濃。泰式炒雜菜每餐少不了的素菜小炒,用料豐富,椰菜、芥蘭苗、甘筍、雲耳、豆芽...簡單又原味加少許微辣醬汁,蔬菜乾身爽口以保持香口。至於泰菜的飲品不少得椰青!入口微凉清爽,能够有效清热解渴,還有好多椰肉慢慢咀嚼。
