晌香港有唔少泰國菜館,要突圍而出真喺唔容易,由在地老友推介,今晚我哋就嚟到位處尖沙咀嘅樓上泰菜店「泰斗」,佢話唔單止地方大,食物做得出色,更有不少新派嘅泰菜。加上小弟都好一段日子無食過泰菜,當然要回味吓啦!餐廳佔全層,一出電梯就喺餐廳,環境四四正正,有別傳統嘅泰國餐廳,無晒啲滿天神佛,裝修又幾骨子,尤其啲吊燈,最具東南亞風,而且,甚具氣氛。此外,另一賣點喺外出有一列露台位,望過對面就喺九龍公園,整片園林景,就算夜晚感覺都好唔錯,加上每枱都擺有一盞枱燈,氣氛十足:);就算日頭嚟,相信幾有空中花園嘅感覺,予人一份休閒感。近排天氣涼番晒,坐出去就感覺一流,同埋我見店家有晌露台位加設冷氣設備,相信天熱嚟都一樣可以坐出去。平時食日本菜先會比較注意到啲餐具,但晌度所見,啲用餐碟都好靚。講番食,餐牌好大本,實在有啲難影,只喺影幾頁留個記錄。無論食物定飲品,選擇多多,而且,圖文並茂,相片亦影得吸引,真喺好多嘢都相試。順帶一提,星期日至四晚,晚市仲推出個兩小時任飲,$98就可以任飲紅白餐酒、手工氈酒、泰國啤酒、雞尾酒、泰式特飲……等等,飲兩杯都番本啦,所以,就算唔嚟食嘢,三幾個老死飲吓嘢,傾吓偈都好唔錯。芒果沙冰 $68不過,我哋就無揀晚市任飲,一來唔好酒,二來嗌一杯沙冰已經夠飲成晚到突。有相你睇,啲沙冰堅喺超大杯,以芒果肉嚟打,芒果味道濃郁,加上冰沙打得細滑,口感甚佳,甜度又啱啱好,正呀喂。奇異果沙冰 $68椰子沙冰、菠蘿沙冰都見得多,另外一位友人就試咗甚少見嘅奇異果沙冰,綠得嚟唔喺好誇張嘅綠色,但嗰份奇異果味叫人感覺清新,味道微微酸,但富奇異果香味,真喺有少少驚喜感。啖啖蟹肉蟹膏炒蛋配薄餅 $268小弟向來都幾鍾意食蟹,但就好怕拆蟹肉,麻煩嘛,但見到呢道新推廣菜式:「啖啖蟹肉」,合晒我心水啦。賣相確喺非常吸引,因為面頭放有一大堆生拆蟹肉,味道鮮甜到不得了,而下面就喺蟹膏炒蛋,炒得極之嫩滑,又富蛋香。至於晌薄餅之上,放上青瓜片,再加埋蟹肉、炒蛋,一次過入口,不單口感豐富,而且,味道有疊加效應,令食味更多元、更有層次感。燒牛肉沙律 $138為咗食得健康啲,點番一道沙律就最正路,燒牛肉用咗安格斯質素,自然唔差得去邊,咬落好軟腍,又有肉香,而沙律用上生菜、青瓜、紫洋蔥、甘筍絲、芹菜……等等,醬汁味道酸酸辣辣,而辣勁頗強,好泰式風味。清邁香酥酸辣魚 $248泰菜中有好多魚鮮嘅菜式,例如明爐烏頭,但睇見呢一道酸辣魚喺放晌餐牌中頭幾頁嘅新派泰菜中,就好有興趣一試。賣相比餐牌中嘅相片更靚、更立體,最窩心喺將原條魚鮮起成兩大片魚柳,食得更方便,而外皮炸得酥脆不膩,魚肉卻喺非常之嫩滑細緻,魚鮮味十足,唔喺雪藏貨可比,酸辣汁令人食落更加胃口大開。泰式蝦肉炒金邊粉 $128泰式嘅炒粉麵,以金邊粉最討歡心,亦食得比較多,就好似嗌乾牛河咁。碟金邊粉非常大碟,好似加底咁多,而且,金邊粉炒得濕潤,質感保持韌勁,味道酸酸甜甜,除有大大隻鮮蝦外,仲有啲豆腐乾、蛋花碎、怡保芽菜,旁邊佐以花生碎、青檸,令食味更豐富。芒果糯米飯 $68本來甜品中有兩款特色蛋糕,但已經無供應,老友話無甜品餐飯唔夠完整,所以,試埋個泰式經典,就喺芒果糯米飯。估唔到師傅咁有心,將糯米飯砌成心形,而椰漿以小兜放晌一旁,自行添多添少。暖呼呼嘅糯米飯好煙韌,椰漿味道濃郁,加上芒果十分清甜,為今餐劃有個完美終結。多謝老友推介,「泰斗」無論晌環境、招呼,定喺啲食物,都讓人好滿意,加上有露台位嘅加持,又提供多些新派泰菜,自然成為餐廳嘅賣點Read More
