網上好多人推介呢間Pastry Lab ChouChou,主打croffle,呢個名係由韓國引入,Croissant 牛角包加上Waffle窩夫的混合體🥐用牛角包麵團放入窩夫機壓成甜品款式配搭有好多,人氣之款有焦糖燉蛋味、肉桂蘋果味、鮮檸味,一份大約$28-$38左右,男店員都相當熱情,提供試食之餘,仲好詳盡咁講解甜品特色👍🏻焦糖燉蛋酥酥 $38 實物同圖冇相差,一口既焦糖燉蛋放在窩夫上,表面有輕輕燒過,但攞上手聞唔到有香氣,同埋窩夫係凍,我一直以為係熱辣辣新鮮出爐,但好可惜窩夫同燉蛋都係凍上,同期待有落差😖不過切開牛角窩夫時,鬆脆程度合格,燉蛋口感creamy,唔會好甜,不過偏細份同埋凍食就扣左分
