To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排Sogo做緊特價，難得今日放假就去銅鑼灣shopping ， 購物完要搵間餐廳食飯就搵左一間泰國菜仲要系新開張當然要一試啦！一行到門口見到有一架火車頭，好似去左一間火車餐廳咁，餐廳怖置挺特別，座位又寬鬆。食物種類又多有幾頁紙，見到樣樣都想試。咸牛舌$28/串燒到好夠味，仲要系厚切牛舌。雞腎$16/串燒到好爽脆。地道燒臘腸$18/串臘腸好香口又不會有肥肉。雞全翼$18/串雞翼燒到外層皮脆肉嫩。牛根丸牛肉船河，牛根丸牛味濃又彈牙又有肉汁，牛肉又嫩滑，湯底又濃郁。鐵板豬頸肉通菜，豬頸肉炒到好香肉又嫩，馬拉盞通菜又夠野味。泰式炸蝦餅（細），蝦餅一開為二份量十足，大大個蝦肉又彈牙又好香口。極上牛小排醃沙律，牛小排煎到唔是全熟正合我心意，肉質嫩又不韌，仲要厚切一碟有8-9件又夠入味，沙律菜又fresh。椰皇沙冰不會太甜。最後以甜品結尾椰汁西米糕拼泰式千層糕。
