To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 出發行山之前想填飽個肚,間間餐廳都好多人,唯獨翠華可以直接入座。五個人一齊嗌早餐,我嗰份係大家食完都未到,每人都有一份豬仔包,問店員拎煉奶,店員話全間餐廳都用晒冇貨。想搵一個店員跟一跟自己個餐都難,舉手都唔會有人理你。部隊鍋公仔麵,味道正常,當然全部都係煎熟嘅食材,略嫌唔夠熱,芝士少少用嘅跡象都冇。火腿通粉都係唔熱嘅,其實溫度係好食嘅最重要因素,最基本嘅都做唔到。為去廚房出左餐,根本唔夠人手送去比客人。
