呢間嘢位置都幾方便,元朗站B出口樓梯落到地面嘅後面就係,佢係用屋企煮餸用嗰啲鐵鑊,唔係用瓦㷛,有大有細,我哋要左一個大嘅,裡頭有已經放好左嘅一隻新鮮鷄同埋內臟丶六隻蝦丶少量牛肉丶松草花加埋雲耳,仲有切好左嘅竹庶,我地訂抬時要求加埋蟹,侍應倒左一枝孖精落去之後㩒蓋,大概十分鐘左右就喺鑊邊用火機點火,酒精燒晒之後開蓋,一邊煮一邊食,好香,酒香中夾雜著甘庶甜香,因為新鮮鷄,肉夠滑,蝦亦鮮甜,亮點係𥚃面嘅甘庶,吸收左成個鑊啲味道,又甜香又多汁。
