今晚約左班舊同事聚舊,本身已經有朋友介紹過呢間野好好味,所以今之聚會選左呢間榕記。由於本人係渣車過去,事前打左去問有冇位泊車。店員好有耐心咁講解點入嚟及泊車情況(咪錶/代客泊車)。店的位置係南邊圍,元朗西鐵站B出口落樓梯行2分鐘就到。我就由粉嶺入元朗大約25分鐘車程到南邊圍。我選擇左代客泊車($30)。友人一星期前訂台,預訂左鮑魚及花甲等海鮮。一嚟到打開個鍋平平無奇,店員一開火,成支米酒倒落個鍋連同🐔及海鮮一齊煮。煮左10多分鐘,佢又行過來將我鍋野點火。火焰雞鍋就係咁出面係我地眾人面前。到過5分鐘店員一打開蓋,我除左用"正"呢個字去形容,其他野唔識講。原來佢的湯底係用 竹蔗茅根造的。唔怪得隻雞又由酒味又有竹蔗甜味啦!食到尾升,友人向我地推介中式 risotto。開頭都唔知佢講咩😅,原來係用我地食淨嘅湯底加飯煮個滋味精華飯俾我地食。十分可惜的是……我掛住食……冇影相😂😂6個人食 1200埋單😋😋👍👍👍👍

新年前梗係要一家人食團年飯,朋友介紹去元朗食火焰雞,時間分6點同8點兩個時段,早段已滿但又唔想太夜,唯有延遲一星期開餐開餐當日下晝老闆會再打嚟問有冇食過,未食過就會介紹下,個煲有蝦、鮮牛肉、豬潤、新鮮雞連內臟,仲有甘蔗、紅棗、雲耳同蟲草花,如果想加料就要當日下晝落單,唔清楚價錢可以開聲問九個人叫咗兩大鍋,每鍋夠4-5人食,朋友提議要加蟹會鮮味啲,但有一半人都病咗,唔想改期先頂硬上,只係叫咗兩隻蟹、兩磅肥牛、皇帝菜、油炸鬼六點前已準時到達,坐戶外打邊爐都幾有風味,食完又唔會成身打邊爐味!未人齊伙計會問幾時到,因開鑊都要過20分鐘先食得,每一鍋倒一支孖蒸再點火,煮既時候真係會有火焰包住,未開蓋已經聞到好香老闆話係食新鮮材料,果然冇呃人,每一樣都食到本身既鮮味,食既時候唔好加咁多水,雞肉海鮮慢慢迫出湯汁,蔗都食埋,最後加個白飯吸收精華,叫埋汽水啤酒埋單每人260有找,真係絕對超值

第一次 第一次食火焰雞煲, 第一次中午食雞煲,一直都覺得而家 D 叉燒, 係勾住來燒, 甚少係叉住來燒的,所以雞煲, 唔係用"煲"煮出來的問題都不大, 對於食客而言,味道會重要過"名堂"吧! 至於火車仲係唔用係用"火"來運作,  汽車仲有幾多係靠蒸"汽"來行, I Know the Iron 啦 !! 首先會安排先食左新鮮雞, 花甲, 蝦, 牛肉等等極鮮味的食材, 食材新鮮贏足全程, 只要足夠新鮮度,就什麼都好吃!食完雞煲,會再打邊爐, 採用靚貨牛丸魚旦響鈴等等.......再配埋西邊圍村出品"狠辣"辣油, 食得好爽, 辣得也很爽,總之就夠晒豪情。完事再加入一個靚仔(靚仔係白飯, 唔係講我), 收汁煮好,就成為一碗港版 Risotto.......有過之, 而無不及, 飽到上心口嘩, 絕對係"下次食唔返點算呀" ? 之作 !! 一定有下次同朋友聚會, 談天說地, 天南地北, 唔覺唔覺一陣就三四個鐘...良朋共聚理應如此, 傾乜咁好傾 ? 我從來都冇寫過食評。但昨晚食完榕記,真係好想推介俾其他鐘意食好西嘅朋友仔榕記用料新鮮唔洗講,你睇其他食家寫嘅食評都知老板下午會打俾你問你食咩,落哂單後,佢就去買材料。唔新鮮嘅,榕記唔會賣俾你。我地昨晚就係,落單要腐竹,但去到伙記話我地知買番黎嘅唔靚,幫我地轉做響鈴。呢啲有良心嘅食肆真係值得讚。雞煲用原隻走地雞,多肉,肉質嫩滑,好入味,一個字正同埋你係榕記食到嘅係人情味同貼心服務。伙記會主動睇下你地食成點,點樣先會保持雞煲最好嘅味道。我要食雞煲,我只會去榕記!

同朋友走去南生圍影相呃like ,唔爭再去埋南邊圍食好嘢, 無啦啦未上菜隔離枱-喺度唱生日歌…… 終於個雞煲嚟咗 ,未開蓋嘅時候嗰邊已經有啲藍色嗰火焰, 開蓋時要小心蒸氣提提你, 而且唔好著長袖衫 ,味道同出面嘅雞煲差唔多, 都係有啲牛肉甘蔗紅棗雲耳 等等

終於個雞煲嚟咗 ,未開蓋嘅時候嗰邊已經有啲藍色嗰火焰, 開蓋時要小心蒸氣提提你, 而且唔好著長袖衫 ,味道同出面嘅雞煲差唔多, 都係有啲牛肉甘蔗紅棗雲耳 等等

要預先book枱,之後當日中午就會有人問你當晚想食咩,order定,不過個老闆都好好既,問得好詳細,有建議你食咩,所以當晚去到都無睇過餐牌,不過味道唔講得上好好食,主係個火焰令到成件事特別咗,一個大雞煲五百幾蚊確實係有啲較貴,大雞煲係有一隻新雞加埋啲花甲,幾隻蝦,有啲虫草花,馬蹄....,不過5個人食係唔夠食,加咗個肥牛二百幾,另加4碗白飯,5枝飲品,埋單$910,我覺得唔太值,就當試過一次就算。

朋友山長水遠入來元朗搵我食飯,緊係搵間特別d餐廳同佢食啦,但問好多元朗友,都係答:中日韓美的餐廳,後來自己上openrice無意中找到呢間雞窩,我見用鑊加火焰邊爐又在圍村,綽頭賣點可以交功課啦!未食雞窩期望不大,點知昨晚食完,真係元朗中的驚喜,首先環境一流及乾淨,服務招呼細心兼親民,主角雞窩讚嘆,最底層有花甲,之後新鮮原隻雞,竹庶馬蹄,牛肉,大蝦,木耳,紅棗,蟲草花,最得不少得孖精,冬天進補超正,湯底鮮甜,最後連湯都飲晒不口也不乾,應無加味噌,我地重叫左牛九,響聆,魚蛋,出前一丁,2支藍妹,1支汽水,4個人食,合共:788埋單,物超所值,朋友亦讚不絕口,但必需一提,老闆當日會re-cfm booking,訂左位記得唔好放接機,因老闆會cfm booking後,當日4:00左右去買新鮮食材,老闆對食材新鮮為宗旨,此外老闆話街市可買到都可以order, 新鮮海鮮是時令價,可以叫他到街市後回報當日海鮮的價錢,你才決定買唔買,元朗我由細住到大,但昨晚才知有間隱世圍村特別菜式,真是一大驚喜,必會再次幫襯

是日晚上老公又外出晚餐,昕昕跟奶奶食晚餐,剩下我呆在家中做家務又懶煮食,點知小學同學群組突然有人提議去食雞煲,我就好爽快咁應承,幫昕昕洗完白白才行過去,因為呢間店由我屋企行去只係大約10分鐘的路程(^_^;)由於我的兩位同學已經有點餓,所以佢地未等我就煮個雞煲食~~~原來食雞煲係要預先book枱,因為材料即日買和清,原來有人book咗枱放飛機,老闆call了我那位經常光顧的同學來幫襯,避免浪費材料~~~呢個雞煲有花膠、蝦等材料,雖然d雞會煮到有dd燶,但隻雞食落好滑,花膠又軟熟,咁好食的雞煲真係少見,怪不得我班小學同學久不久要開團來食⊙_⊙如果唔夠食仲好似打邊爐咁加野食,感覺幾好,原來我同學更為該店首次order要食雞煲配油炸鬼,真係估佢地唔到( ̄▽ ̄)ノ店內有不少飲品,有時更有村民乘機幫襯買野飲,始終呢個位附近冇乜便利店,老闆咁樣做真係方便d街坊,最重要係價錢平過便利店\(^o^)/原來平時中午有午餐供應,價錢都相宜,不過要提醒大家呢間小店星期一休息,要食雞煲一定要打電話book,唔好放飛機呀!
