都好似好耐冇食京菜,今日嚟到呢間新開嘅銅鑼灣分店,今次三個人食飯可以食多啲唔同嘅菜式,裝修風格都幾有格調,傳統中帶有文化氣質。北京填鴨係佢哋嘅招牌菜,所以嗌咗半隻食,烤鴨皮脆肉滑,食落好似有一陣陣嘅果木香,配料上有少見嘅哈密瓜,包住一齊食嘅時候,有咸有甜層次豐富。風味松子魚,呢個係我最鍾意食嘅菜式之一,因為喺屋企絕對煮唔到,魚肉炸得金黃酥脆,加上酸甜汁,食落好開胃。南翔小籠包,皮薄汁多,中間肉汁溫度保持得好好,食嘅時候真係小心辣到個口。蜜汁燒火方,呢個菜式有驚喜,金華火腿薄切後煮淋,本身嘅鹹味減少好多,再加上蜜汁,鹹甜嘅感覺加上白麵包一齊食,軟綿綿味道層次又豐富。
