To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 味覺和心靈的雙重滿足今天到尚善嘗試了美味的海膽三文魚籽飯,三文魚籽和海膽的份量很多,而且非常的新鮮,一點也不腥,三文魚籽在口中爆開令口腔滿是鮮甜,海膽則是入口即溶很creamy,幼滑甘香,感覺幸福滿瀉。藉得一提的是「尚善」是一間社企餐廳,餐廳收入會扣除成本後全數撥捐「庭恩兒童中心」作營運基金,為有語言障礙的學前小孩子提供專業治療。能夠一邊享受美食一邊幫助小孩子,是味覺和心靈的雙重滿足。

今天到尚善嘗試了美味的海膽三文魚籽飯,三文魚籽和海膽的份量很多,而且非常的新鮮,一點也不腥,三文魚籽在口中爆開令口腔滿是鮮甜,海膽則是入口即溶很creamy,幼滑甘香,感覺幸福滿瀉。

藉得一提的是「尚善」是一間社企餐廳,餐廳收入會扣除成本後全數撥捐「庭恩兒童中心」作營運基金,為有語言障礙的學前小孩子提供專業治療。

能夠一邊享受美食一邊幫助小孩子,是味覺和心靈的雙重滿足。
