因為生日 想食鮑魚 而依家年紀大左 都係覺得中餐適合自已多d 最後揀左位於 尖沙咀I square既阿一海鮮飯店 佢有幾款既套餐可以選擇 最主要係以唔同既鮑魚為分類 食鮑魚當然係食日本吉品鮑啦 我就揀左23頭日本吉品鮑前菜係蜜汁叉燒水蜇拼法國鵝肝 叉燒一般 但鵝肝好正 好好味！唔會有臭味 好綿好香 紅燒雞絲竹笙遼參羹 唔錯 足料 味道濃 遼參爽口到主角 鮑魚配波蘭鵝掌 鮑魚味都夠， 但唔夠糖心 而且唔夠咬口 彈牙度一般 鵝掌好味 好淋 入晒味 但唔會爛晒芝士焗龍蝦 賣相一般 好細隻 但夠新鮮 彈牙蟹肉扒野生花膠 花膠好味 都夠分量 清清地 但蟹肉味唔太出招牌砂窩炒飯 可以要水餃或炒飯 我地揀左招牌炒飯 真係好味 炒飯乾身 但味道好香鮮 又有蝦又有元貝 好高質 推薦揀呢個甜品同官燕蛋白杏仁茶。官燕都夠料 好味 甜品一般 總睇而言 食物都ok 滿意 想講講一下插曲 因為生日 朋友想要求可否在甜點上寫上生日快樂等字眼 但餐廳卻是拒絕的 我朋友只好在半島買了印有生日快樂的小蛋糕給我 其實我覺得作為一個米之蓮一星餐廳 可以再提高一下這些很簡單但是貼心既服務
