鰤魚肉質肥美軟滑; 鯖魚只有大分關鯖才可以生食,魚味濃郁,沒有不討好的魚腥; 吞拿三式都不分高下,各自精彩,大拖羅回甘的鹽香意想不到!
最後當然有我最愛的海膽手卷,北海道根室的海膽,好想Encore!
