To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 俾呢間餐廳吸引嘅地方係見到佢有一個$208嘅二人套餐好似好抵食,所以就入咗嚟試一試。呢間餐廳地方唔算好大,佈置有少少越南風情。佢個二人餐好多嘢食,包兩個主食,一個木瓜沙律,一款小食或者一個小食拼盤,再包兩杯嘢飲。我哋樣樣都想食,所以加$30叫多咗一個豬頸肉,再加$30要多一個芒果糯米飯。個主食方面,我哋叫咗一個咖喱雞扒法包,再加一個蟹膏湯河粉。個咖喱雞扒法包,塊雞扒好大塊,唔會淨係比幾件你就算,基本上係成塊俾晒你。個發包都有好多件,都有六件。而個蟹膏湯河粉,好特別,上面有一舊嘢,我以為係蝦膏,食落淋淋地,原來佢係蟹膏再加蟹肉溝埋一齊,個湯底好濃味。平時啲小食以為好細分份,但係佢個拼盤同埋個木瓜沙律都真係足夠兩個人食!!另外加錢嘅小食都係等於一份正價嘅份量,所以佢都唔會呃你。見到佢有個特色越式法包,我哋都叫咗,不過真係食唔晒。打包返屋企食,老公都話好好食。
