To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日食點心buffet,12:45去到時,門口大排長龍等入座,職員有些手忙腳亂,回覆表示等前一輪埋單、清枱。大約13:05分左右先能入座。之前訂枱要求窗口位,不過安排唔到,最後安排角落位,枱與枱有一定距離,空間闊落。之後order了第一輪,菜式類很快上到,但點心類遲遲不見。之後再order第二輪情況一樣,追問職員只回覆整緊,聽到隔離枱落單話蝦餃已經冇貨。之後差不多夠鐘再追,職員話幫手跟,但話燒賣都冇貨,最後只等到菜苗餃、黑松露粉果、小籠包,冇驚喜而且很細舊,一肚氣!
