Restaurant: Three Virtues Vegetarian Restaurant (JD Mall)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天過開九龍,去九龍店試試,心想齋菜在同一集團,應該分別不大,又叫燉湯,姫松茸加猴頭菇,原來湯膽和北角店有不同的,始終是不同師傅,湯料沒有北角店豐富,只有姫松茸,猴頭菇,素肉,元肉和薑,比較清,但仍然好鮮甜,好潤,及格!(但仍然喜歡北角店的湯膽 )好!又叫我最中意食嘅五柳仙斑,原條用芋頭茸倒模成魚形炸脆,所以每口都是芋頭香味,外脆內綿,不是只是乾粉的芋茸而是帶香味的綿,好味,保持水準。忘記葷菜名稱的齋,就叫一個全素的菜:冬瓜枝竹釀豆腐煲,哈哈,又中伏,有「肉」嫁,釀豆腐是豆腐加素肉餡 但冬瓜煮到剛好,有咬口,枝竹吸收上湯汁,好清甜爽口,加上有素肉的釀豆腐又好好味!算吧,有時齋菜名稱好難全素的 ;)完美一餐有甜品,咁九龍點的薏米腐竹糖水又勝一仗,打和吧!再去^^
