在佐敦港鐵站附近商場的素食餐廳，中午時段人流也蠻多的，等了一會才有位置。食物的品類很多，除了中式點心外，還有其他的中式小菜類。食物都很好食，特別是千絲蘿蔔酥，炸得非常香趣，餡料內有一絲絲的蘿蔔，鹹香鹹香的。店員不是很多，可能要等一下才能過來幫忙。每逢農曆初一和十五時會附送糖水，不過數量有限，當我們問店員時已經送完了。…Read More

冇去這間三德大概兩年。今次決定試返這間素食酒家。不去國內消費。留港消費支持本地飲食業。今次幫襯這間酒樓，比我兩年前食客少了很多。心想一定是香港人不想消費關係。但是當我食完這餐晏晝之後。我覺得係有原因的。因為我發覺這裏的食物質素真的下降了。特別是一些點心類的素食及甜品。燒賣及鹹水角難食。燒賣似蘿蔔糕的質地。好奇怪接受唔到。味道當然不好。鹹水角炸出嚟的皮非常之厚不鬆化及質地比較實硬。最後就是芒果布甸，真係唔好意思，我唔想這樣說，但是真係好難食。質地像大菜糕。沒有芒果布甸的香味，可說是冇乜味。芒果布甸內的鮮芒果亦沒有芒果味。這點非常奇怪。我喜愛食甜品，通常食芒果布甸點差我都食得晒。但是這次的芒果布甸我只食了一半我就放棄了。因為實在接受唔到。整體而言這間三德服務沒有差到的，多數的食物質素都大概都比以前的水準，降了少少。別是正話我講幾樣的食品就真係好差。我覺得依家做香港的食肆，一定要用心做，無論質素服務環境衛生及價錢都要好認真去處理去做到最好。如果唔係自己都唔爭氣，點樣叫香港人幫留返喺香港幫襯返你哋呢？…Read More

星期日中午茶非常多人，而且樓面人手嚴重不足，需要耐性等待落單、加水等。食物質素一向都屬中上。今次有叫炒飯、叉燒、點心。牛油果炒飯即炒，好食。點心都係熱辣辣上檯，菠菜餃最好食。而叉燒比較失色，其一失敗之處係淋左個汁上面，唔識形容乜味，怪怪地，其實可以唔落汁。而質感就未做到外面乾身有蜜糖甜甜地嘅質感。咬落去係似麵筋質地。在場比較多長輩、上年紀的顧客，似乎呢度係上一輩喜歡飲茶的地方。…Read More
