To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚路過浸會大學,想起這裏的金記冰室,便來吃過晚飯。鹹蛋蒸肉餅$82,肉餅不會過於鬆散,味道鮮甜,混合鹹蛋黃來吃,味道更加好。二人份量自選小菜$168 ,配老火湯及白飯,兩杯飲品。新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,酸甜味道適中,加上菠蘿是新鮮的,更能帶起咕嚕肉的味道。欖菜肉崧四季豆,欖菜份量頗多,四季豆不會過燶,是送飯的一道小菜。紅豆冰跟餐加$10,紅豆和花奶的比例適中,是夏天的恩物。凍檸樂跟餐加$3 。金記奶茶罐裝$18,雖然是罐裝奶茶,不過茶味濃郁,花奶比例適中,可以一試。例湯是蓮藕蟲草花煲豬骨,熱騰騰的例湯,一直是個人的喜愛。
