Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一共有八隻生蝦 每一隻上面都有辣椒同生蒜頭 仲有D苦瓜係冰上面 keep住D生蝦夠凍同新鮮 要點嘅醬係有D芥辣味嘅汁 好似食壽司咁去腥!蝦肉好多汁又肥美 一啖一定食唔曬😎呢個超推薦!

🥘椰汁青咖哩雞
青咖哩係一煲熱辣辣嘅 但係我地食唔切所以就凍左先食☹️配左4個法國麵包可以點來食 果然咖哩配麵包都係最正!青咖哩係加左椰漿嘅咖哩 所以顏色會比較綠 質感都比較稀 入面雞嘅份量好多 仲有好多類似翠玉瓜但係係圓形版🤣不過就略顯唔夠濃味 麵包唔係好索汁 點沙嗲醬反而更好味!

🍖什錦沙嗲串燒(豬、雞)
豬同雞就一定係串燒必食 配左嘅沙嗲醬花生味好突出 都幾濃郁 同埋肉質好好 唔會太肥但係又唔會好難咬!

🍖泰汁燒羊架
羊架係比較少見嘅菜式 呢度配左沙嗲醬同一隻辣辣地嘅醬 可以用手拎起錫紙包住嘅部分然後直接食!羊架本身有舊羊骨 燒得有D焦黑 肉都有D肥肉或者係筋嘅部分 但係燒完就出左好多油勁香!肉質唔係特別硬或者實 保留左D肉汁 比較軟 幾易咬😋

冬陰功係泰國菜嘅頭盤兼開胃菜 份量都唔少夠曬4人份 有4隻大蝦每個人都可以食😋入面都喲i菇等等嘅必有配料 湯唔係好油都唔算太辣 酸辣味真係唔錯!

🥙鹹魚炒芥蘭
係芥蘭同椰菜苗中間揀左芥蘭 呢隻竟然冇芥蘭嘅苦味!而且好嫩 連根都唔會咬唔郁!

🍰泰式甜品
分別有3隻 椰青糕 芒果糯米糍同埋椰汁西米糕 椰青糕切開四份啱啱好一人一塊 除左椰青水都有一絲絲嘅椰肉 所以除左清甜嘅椰青水香味都會有比較油但係絲滑嘅椰子肉!

芒果糯米糍睇落好細 但係非常實淨!一個沈甸甸咁 切開一半先可以食到🤣入面有芒果碎好香甜 芒果糯米皮糯米粉份量好足 所以食落比較冇乜拉扯性 但係就好糯 上面仲有D椰蓉好香!

椰汁西米糕下面嘅葉子包法同其他地方有D唔同 比較拱 所以西米糕份量冇咁足 椰汁部分鹹嘅同下面西米甜得好夾 雖然有D粟米 但係個人唔太鍾意

椰青水冇偷工減料 超多超解渴 椰肉都好多

整體來講呢度菜式都多 而且口味多數用唔同嘅泰式汁所以好地道 甜品除左套餐包嘅都仲有西米露等等!我地對面仲有幾台係包左做生日宴 老人家都唔少 都幾啱唔同人胃口!
