To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到九龍城就諗要食泰國菜,喺九龍城試過幾間,而黃珍珍呢一間,都係唯一一間會重複去食。海鮮炒飯:海鮮用了新鮮,炒飯有飯香,叫飯食嘅時候最好配一個咖喱,咁樣就最抵食。明爐烏頭:呢個係必食!必食!必食!睇相都可以見到條魚係有魚油,屋企人話有魚油嘅魚,係新鮮同埋好食。如果覺得湯汁唔夠,可以叫侍應加湯汁落條魚度。另外裏便都有少少大嚿嘅豬肉碎,個底有少少菜,佢哋吸收咗魚嘅精華。燒豬頸肉:呢個唔係串燒系列,不過好食過串燒,價錢上抵食好多,又方便好多,唔會有竹籤阻住晒。佢就好似泰國版嘅叉燒咁,甜甜地,油脂分布平均,呢個都係必食。
