To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 實在很久未有進食酸菜魚了,這天經過紅磡,被這間裝修精緻,名字夠特別的酸菜魚專門店吸引了,便來重拾當年風味。午市二人餐非常划算,$168已經包羅萬有。兩杯特飲都不錯,怕辣的我還在想最後要不要再叫一杯。叫了芝士奶蓋怡仁紅茶及小試了黑糖珍珠四季春。兩者茶底清新,消暑解辣,不會過於苦澀,叫了小甜而甜度剛剛好。芝士奶蓋甜度均勻,正是我的口味。主角登場,招牌十三姨酸菜魚名不虛傳,花椒味道令人垂涎三尺,配上大量酸菜,泡辣椒,令湯底更加惹味開胃。魚塊份量頗多,每塊都大大塊沒有骨,魚肉夠新鮮嫩滑,配上彈牙水晶粉更令我們讚不絕口,十分滿足套餐更包一款無骨雞,這次選了椒麻汁味道,不會太辣,麻香十足。雞肉沒有碎骨,處理得很好,肉身嫩滑,跟椒麻汁十分撘配。小菜有酸辣小木耳,酸酸辣辣,醒胃又健康。然後還加配十三姨秘製雞翼,新鮮即叫即炸,醃得惹味,差點不小心吃光光卻忘記拍照。最後更有店員極力推介的椒鹽小酥肉,同樣甘香鬆脆,香口邪惡,肉質相當嫩滑,十分滿足。
