見到好多朋友食完後蒸海鮮塔都會分享到facebook, 今次我終於可以有機會同朋友一齊食傅聞中蒸海鮮塔... 一睇餐廳名就大概估食咩.我和朋友共4位點了活松葉蟹雪濃湯海鮮塔餐, 大大隻新鮮活松葉蟹, 呢個餐仲送一大碟和牛. 店員好詳細地同我地講解如何控制每層食用時間, 同埋menu都有教路食用方法. 每層海鮮都配搭埋蔬菜一齊清蒸, 經過每層清蒸成為最低層的粥, 好期待. 第一層韓式蘿白片蒸和牛, 當溫度升上到85度即可食得. 和牛和蘿白片一齊食, 清甜, 適合怕食牛的味道. 我個人較喜歡分開食, 和牛好鮮甜, 好似棉花一般咁綿淋淋, 入口即溶.第二層係主打係八爪魚鬚, 花螺, 花蛤和蝦. 蒸到95度又可以食… 八爪魚鬚和花螺好爽口, 彈牙; 花蛤和蝦都好清甜. 其他配菜都索到海鮮的鮮甜味.終於到呢餐的主角- 日本松葉蟹 : 拆出整條蟹柳, 啖啖係肉, 清甜, 蟹膏都好多好甜.主角不但還會在另一層出現, 而且仲有驚喜 – 蟹蓋下係魚子福袋. 日本南瓜和蕃薯都好甜.驚喜未完… 花膠魚板串和青口, 大大啖啖地食花膠, 好有口感, 補充骨膠元! 青口都好清甜.再落一層就係蔬菜盤, 完全吸晒海鮮

最後淆出粥底, 加埋韓式的配菜, 更惹味.

完餐後, 嘆番杯韓式的玄米茶係不錯的選擇, 好清香.
