心血來潮想食上海野,所以搵埋爸媽去食上海菜。呢間裝潢幾有心思,放左人力車營造懷舊效果。首先嚟個小籠包($32/4個)- 個皮好薄,咬開多湯汁,肉味濃,唔錯。生煎包($32/3個)-呢個普通,肉比較細同無咩汁;包底煎得香脆。$32/4個酸辣湯雲吞($48)- 唔錯,酸辣味平均,唔會話無酸只有辣。材料多,湯中有4大隻雲吞,豆腐絲、雲耳絲、香菇絲。好飽肚下。椒鹽小黃魚 ($72)-一睇就知香口。肉質滑嫩,一夾即散。但略嫌太多生粉/栗粉,令魚皮唔夠脆薄。高力豆沙香蕉($42/4個)- 甜品時間。雖然經過油炸,但一d都唔油膩。外層係炸過既麵粉,無咩味,但入面有紅豆蓉同香蕉,味道就調和返。
