To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得好多好多年前添好運紅極一時所以旅遊書,社交平台的飲茶之選都佔有一席之地所以人龍一直長得誇張近幾年熱潮過了路過不用排隊還是那個老味道,真好脆皮雪山叉燒包必食之選上碟時是微熱的這點好加分一咬下去表面酥皮的甜與叉燒的鹹混合出一種難以抗拒的美味再加上軟軟的口感自己一個可以食曬一碟鳳爪排骨飯鳳爪和排骨是那種很基本的口味不算太出色反而飯是重點尖尖的米粒,粒粒分明,米香十足再加上店家特製的醬油是那種回憶中的味道

必食之選
上碟時是微熱的
這點好加分
一咬下去
表面酥皮的甜與叉燒的鹹
混合出一種難以抗拒的美味
再加上軟軟的口感
自己一個可以食曬一碟

鳳爪排骨飯
鳳爪和排骨是那種很基本的口味
不算太出色
反而飯是重點
尖尖的米粒,粒粒分明,米香十足
再加上店家特製的醬油
是那種回憶中的味道
