To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由2009年深水埗總店營運至今,而至世界各地也陸續有分店,而我等到今天才選擇一試,原因係…不用排隊點心纸的選擇不多,但仲有幾款啱心水的,而且價格也相宜。傳統的平民化餐具酥皮焗叉燒包~ $23唔試係你的損失,香噴噴,熱辣辣,外皮微脆, 內涵叉燒份量也適中鮮蝦燒賣皇~$31不試也不是損失,豬肉質哋一般般,而且完全沒有蝦的味道豉汁蒸鳳爪~$21也是必試,調味恰到好處,完全不是返蒸的口感脆皮琵琶豆腐~ $24熱辣辣,燙口,味道也很好黃沙蒸膶腸粉 ~ $26這款用豬膶做主角的腸粉,巳經碩果僅存,而且要拿捏時間很精準,豬膶才有微脆的口感,但因為豬潤太细片分佈在腸粉内,結果口感變微硬了,但都值得一試。蛋白蝦春券~$24感覺餡料似蛋白撈吞拿魚,而唔係蝦,但味道也不錯。食後感因為食物口感,無論蒸焗炸的點心新鮮度高,而且價錢不貴,確係值得一試。
