To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日日經過都見門口排長龍 今日終於有機會黎試一試四支公係門口等左大約二十鐘就有得入 如果唔係我地要一齊坐其實一早入得 係門口等位個陣侍應已經俾定點菜紙同menu我地揀 所以一坐低就馬上可以叫野食 亦都唔駛等太耐 四碗香噴噴既拉麵就送到我地面前我order左辣既赤王拉麵加紫菜 紫菜係淋的 下次唔會再嗌 但個拉麵真係冇得頂 湯底夠哂味 辣度岩岩好 我揀辣度1 辣得黎唔會辣到入唔到口 相當過癮 麵既軟硬度亦係食客自己選擇 我揀左適中 麵質彈牙 而且索哂啲湯 真係一級捧！另外朋友order左墨魚汁湯底既黑王拉麵 朋友都話非常好味 下次可以試下！p.s.1.汽水收十三蚊罐 相當貴 重點係唔夠凍p.s.2.張枱係摺枱 我同朋友被安排坐係枱既側邊 枱腳頂住左我地 相當唔舒服
